Our Story....We have paired Bruce Swanson with Swanson & Associates 17 years of top producing real estate service, and Dr.Keith Ingram's 33 years in education in Cherokee County to develop Education First Fund (EF2) which is an initiative to support our children and local educators. EF2 will make a $500 donation at the time of closing on a single home to any EF2 participating elementary school, middle school and high school {of a client’s choice}. We designed this program to help alleviate the day to day struggles and supply demands at our local schools, and believe in sacrificing a little bit of our business to make a big impact in our local community. Dr. Keith Ingram has joined the Keller Williams Realty Partners Team, after 33 years in education, 20 in administration and most as Principal within Cherokee County School District. He brings a wealth of knowledge of the community and the educational needs of students, teachers and parents. He is excited to be the Co-founder of the Education First Fund Realty Team with veteran Realtor Bruce Swanson to help make Cherokee, Cobb, Paulding Education the Best it Can be!
